Description: Disc golf fun with Mr. Des! Meet at the Lakewood Park Disc Golf Course (SW 112th St and 10th Ave SW, Seattle 98146). Bring your own disc if you have one, if not extras will be available.

A Magical Tea Party with Disney Princesses Cinderella and Belle with Ms. Nelson, Ms.Brodland, and Ms. Nur
Enjoy delicious tea sandwiches, macaroons, scones and tea with Cinderella and Belle! There will be Princess manner lessons, waltz lessons, face-painting, and other Kingdom themed games.

Behind the Scenes at the Burke with Ms. Colby & Ms. Graves!
Behind the scenes look at how paleontologists classify and identify fossil specimens. Participants will be meeting the director of the Palentology lab at the Burke and visit the lab.
We will meet at the school then take the metro bus from the school to the Burke Museum. Please pack a sack lunch.

Escape Room with Ms. Paulson
Escape Room! You and your team of Ninja are locked in a room with a ravenous Zombie chained to the wall! Hidden in the room is a key that will unlock the door to your freedom. Every five minutes the hungry Zombie's chain gets longer and longer and within an hour, the Zombie will be able to reach you. You have 60 minutes to solve puzzles, find the key, and escape without getting eaten!
April 28th 5-8PM - We will take the 120 bus from the school to downtown, have pizza, and then enter the escape room at 6:30pm. We will take the bus back to West Seattle.

Resting Waters, located in beautiful West Seattle, is a full-fledged pet funeral home that mirrors the service offerings and dignity seen in human aftercare. We employ the environmentally-responsible science of alkaline hydrolysis to perform aquamation, also referred to as water-cremation, as our form of disposition. This auction item is for an individual aquamation service of one pet after they pass away, ash remains returned (for families who request them) in a memorial urn of your choosing, and paw print keepsake. Urn options: American cedar wood box or sleeping cat wood figure.

$1000 Allows for professional development and collaboration on between grade band teachers; allows for planning time for Project Based Learning, Singapore Math and Next Gen Science; helps support our Project Based Learning resource staff who makes community connections and helps teachers put Project Based Learning plans into action.
$500 Keeps devices maintained, funds replacements and supports updates for current technology needs; supports IT infrastructure and tech support.
$250 Supports scholarships for before and after school programs, admission into robotics completions, and collaboration on tools for staff.
$100 Adds four or five books on STEM-specific topics to our library including books about women and people of color in technology, coding, and design.
$50 Provides licenses for math programs that support foundational learning and student assessments; purchases maker-space materials for tech, library, and classrooms.
$25 Trains one teacher for one hour on techniques and the application of technology in the classroom.
Return to Middle School with Master Po (Mr. Parsley - Middle School Career and Technical Education Teacher)
Don’t you wish you could return to middle school without all the angst that accompanied the experience?! Well, now’s your chance. Join Mr. Parsley’s Career and Technical Education Class for a day to learn about Thermal Energy Transfer by building working solar heat exchangers. You will be a real student in CTE class with your own desk, mechanical pencil, and safety glasses. Please come prepared for class and ready to participate!

INCLUDES: 2-hour preparation lesson at Camp Long (during the week prior to climbing) + 1 full day in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness on Thursday June 29, Friday June 30, or Saturday July 1 (date to be selected by April 10th). Take advantage of Washington's amazing Alpine Lakes Wilderness and join STEM dad, educator, and climber Ben Evans for one of the classics: the South Ridge of Ingalls Peak. With over 20 years of experience climbing in Washington's wilderness, Ben will help you get prepared, then take you and a friend on a day trip into one of the most beautiful parts of the Cascades. You’ll get to enjoy views seen by only the climbers skilled enough to venture into the alpine.
